This is a pair of scissors in Asian Kitchen.

We discovered about this on Friday when we were packing up and cleaning up the Asian Kitchen. But we still decided to name it as Xiao Quan cos it sound more nicer and we discover Xiao Quan first oso=)

And this is the fried rice, Chef Lau fried for us using leftover rice from Thursday's practical.

We started Asian Practicum on Monday liao, even though i didnt manage to say it on my blog.

Asian Kitchen really really very interesting. It is so different from what i thought.

I had very bad muscle aches on my hands and fingers for 3 days just because of training with 1.8kg wok.

We have to toss and carry the wok while cooking. So we have to train ourself carrying the wok. Wah and really very bad. Cos i can't even lift it up with one hand.

We have basic lesons and introduction on some asian ingrediets, herbs, spices. Then also have series of introduction lessons on Asian Cooking.

Then we alo have our first time stir frying on our own. I paired up with Crystal. Both of us struggle alot and make lots of mistakes but the whole process is fun at least we didnt burn the chicken=)

I didnt manage to take pictures of it cos all i was thinking was to finish the food straight after cooking and evaluation by Chef.

I like the sky of the night these few days. And i like the moon alot. The moon looks very beautiful if u really go and see.

This weekends really do nothing much other then staying at home to watch anime and drama. I am really very bored.

Haa..never step out of hse for 2 days and i still think that i don't have enough time to finish doing what i want.

And i really hate my bro. I dislike him. Really, in my eyes he is just a useless person. And i have to set password lock on my laptop jus because i know and feel that someone is accesing my laptop without my permission.

Really. This month is a depressing mth. And everyday is so depressing unless i am in school.

School is alot more fun then staying at home. Ah i am so tired.

I hope the pace can be faster if not i will be bored again.
