I feel like blogging abt Asian Practicum today becos of the Wanton mee and the Char Siew!!

Absolutely delicous esp the Char siew.

*People rmb when making Char Siew, the best part of the meat to use is the pork collar or pork shoulder. Contain it contain some make which ad flavours to the char siew when roasting baking~

I love this wanton mee, really different from the outside hawker centre.

Currently rank 2nd.

The best one is still the wanton mee @ ulu ulu old coffeehouse in Malaysia=)

I feel so glad that i have recipe for such a good Char siew marination.

I wanted to talk abt Chef Lau, hmm but forget it. I am tired when i think of him cos it reminds me of his long speeches during class.

I am really looking forward to tml~ Hopefully i can find another excuse to blog abt tml=)
