I am always amaze by how our class can do our mise en place so well and neat.

We were preparing ingredients for each particular dish we are cookin for the whole class.

This is almost like miror image

And this is the Chocolate truffle cake that we psycho Chef Lau to buy for us from the Baking Lab.
We also have a 2nd cake which was a treat from Mdm Lau=)
So total we have 2 cakes=P

And yes it was so delicious that i ordered a Blackforest cake for Chef Gary today=)
Hope i can collect it by this week or next week=)

Cos Chef lau talk lots of things abt the interesting facts that he know and he share with us.

Fun sia, today we also have tons of cockroaches outside our lockers area.
Probably they are trying to kil the cockroaches nest or something then all the cockroaches came out and start running ard just nice at the time we finish our practicals.

All the girls were sreaming and shouting at the dead and alive cockroaches.
Heng i not scared, cos this kind of thing always happens at the HDB flat behind springfield.

And today first time the toilet feel so empty!
Thanks to the cockroaches, i don't need to wait for cubicles to change in the toilet=P
