Monday, first day of sch, first day of Asian Lab and also the day we were fooled by Mr. Paul Sin.

Mr Sin gave us a super tuber long briefing abt Asian Lab. And then talk abt our dresscode : Must be white shirt, white LONG socks and no baby hair for girls.

After that he started checking our attire. I was kind of happy when he say my attire was one of the better ones but it still doesnt change my POV on him.

He then...move on the telling us that we will start out learning abt other asian cuisine first so we will be learning Japanese cuisine follow by a series of indian, peranakan, thai etc cuisines then we will move on to Asian.

He then gaves us a research assignment on Japanese cuisine on various items like sushi, tempura, teriyaki chicken and miso soup. I teamed up wih martin and jiayin and was assigned to do sushi. We were suppose to do a research on it history, different types, ingredient use for sushi, process of nori production etc...

He gave us a total of 6 hours to do the reseach and we were suppose to report back to him by 5pm to do a ppt presentation. Eveyone of us thinks that it is ridiculus to take 6 hours to do something which can be done in at most 2 hours. We ended finishing the ppt at ard 2 plus and gone slacking in com lab and design canteen.

5pm we waited for him outside the kitchen. Waited waited and waited until 5.20 he also haven come. He is late and uncontactable. Then smeone finally called through him and his first sentence was " oh i'm sorry i forget abt it".

W were dressed up in Chef Uniform and he is not even in it. Then we enter the kitchen and he intro us to our Japanese Chef who is gonna give us lessons the next day.
And then he tell us that we do not have enough time to do the presentation and say he only wans to make sure we got do research. And then tell us : " Okay, U may leave now." Still smiling widely and happily sending us out of the kitchen without any sorry said to us who waited for him until 5pm.

Wah most of us thinks that he did this on purpose, trying to fool us ard. I really think that he is very irresponsible.

But no matter what, it is over. It is he himself creating a bad reputation for himself.
I must enjoy the practicum all the way and as fast as possible.
