2nd Day of Other Asian practicum, we learn Japanese cusine.
Somemore is the very very basic kind. Below are the pictures.I was actually hoping that we would learn more interesting things other than the common ones. Sushi, miso soup, teriyaki chicken, tempura i have learn it in JCG even though i can only recall 70% of it.

And i dunno why today i failed terribly at the rolling sushi part. I never had a problem when i was in JCG. Pobably it becos of the size of the seaweed. Smaller size seaweed definitely need more skills then using the bigger seaweed to wrap everything together.

I also forget that wakame expand very big in size when we regenerate it in water. And we ended up having a bowl ful of wakame that we couldnt finish.

And the Teriyaki Chicken is super nice~
~I tabao the leftover sushi rice and teriyaki chicken home as my dinner=) Not only that i added it on with a cheese egg~

But today de lab is fun anyways. Cos we get to eat=D almost all of the time in kitchen when we were doing hands on. The chef also quite funny also, this makes the lesson quite interesting. He also teaches us lots of guildlines for japanese cuisine.
