Today is the first day of school~!
Yesterday night can't really concentrate on sleeping cos i am kind of nervous, thinking whether if i have miss anything out.

I dunno what to say abt today...but today is quite fun.
But in the future it is definitely going to get harder and harder.

Today we were given briefing about WCP and product delevopment module. Tour around the kitchen. And do the same thing as usual which is to wipe down the kitchen like what we have done when we are helping to set up the kitchen.


Then also given projects to do, each project for each subject. We have to do a 4 course western meal. Menu planning, recipe costing, nutritional value, recipe card etc are all put inside this project.

We were also split into groups of 6. And i am under Martin and Andy with jiayin, huixin and cheryl=)

We have to wear chef uniform for the whole day, today i feel that i stink lah cos i sweated alot when i come to sch and then not long later i have to wear my chef uniform.
Pls i hope that tml's weather wont be so hot.

Today we learn how to debone and dissect the whole chicken. Really quite fun actually. We need to finish the whole process in 30mins after looking at Chef Khoo's demo.

And we were release at ard 5.30pm after debriefing of our individual chicken dissecting by Chef Khoo, cleaning up, and washing up.

Stay back for a while with my grp mates to decide what to do for our project.

And then walk back home. First thing i did was to bathe and then switch on my lappy.

Hope everyday would be fun and fulfilling day. Shall work hard for each day.
And...we have lockers already~~~!!! so i dun nid to carry my shoes and knive set back home everyday~!

I am happy that my wish i make on 11:11 yesterday came true.
