And my laptop has ben sent for repair but one week pass le still no one call me.

SO!

I call them myself.

And guess wat they say?

"Oh usually we will take one week to find out the problem in ur laptop and then another week to solve the problem."

Didnt i indicate what is wrong with my laptop in the papers already???
