Hard to live days are over~~~!!!

First time in my sch term we have been spending all 5 days of the week in the kitchen to "perfect" baking project recipes.

Have been so so tired for the past more than 5 days.
Have miss lunch for at least 3 days. Only eat cakes and pastries, now look at them also sian liao. Hahaha.

meet alot of obstacles during this project. Like, getting organic flowers at an impossible time, faraway place and lack of money. So in the end we didnt get.

Forget to buy oranges yesterday during presentation so rush down to prime supermarket to buy.

Not preparing orange segments during the presentation day which is yesterday granted us a "shout" from Chef Gary.

Yesterday is so called the presentation for our project to the National Modified Starch people.
LOL
And i didnt know that judges are so friendly, they almost smile all the way or smile to us when looking at us present.
And they pay utmost attention to me and crystal who are presenting. I somehow kind of respect them alot.

Chef Gary is the most power one anyway, since he help all of us with our plating. Maybe this is our first competition and no one also wants our course to lose face also.
In his process, we learned his process.

And this is also my first time so tense in the kitchen cause everyone is rushing. I believe that is something we got to be used to in the real world.
