This week is very very busy lah, to me and to most pple who had the responsibilty to do things =__=... stress also nya...

Sorry, i totally forget wat i did on monday....probably somethings that i dun wan to rmb or wat...

Tuesday

it is the last lec and tut for psychology=))

What is left is to revise and study for Psychology exam...sianz, even though open book but when i see all those questions i feel like i will fail even with open book.

The remaining tut will be left for our video presentation.

And i also went for dinner with yvonne @ Ajisen Ramen. Crap alot again... no energy to blog that all down and i got short term memory lost also.

I only rmb tat day i told her she was born to let me beat... joke only ma....
but she was amusingly disturbed. LOL and say she wan to complain to her mum.

And we got some crappy things abt mac's ice cream cone... dun wish to elaborated further liao.

Wednesday

Do Csas in the morning. Sianz and then do baking science project recipe trial. Unfortunately, we only get to try the custard in 1/4 prtion cos Chef Gary dun wan us to waste ingredients. I agree with wat he say anyway.

We are quite happy with the results. Chef Lau and Chef Gary is actually quite satisfied with our custard/ mousse.

Went home with the thought of not studying tnext day Bakng science test @ 8am...
But i dunno why i started writing notes and studying at 8pm.

today i try not to hate u but i jus cant help it...

Thursday, today

Came sch for test only. Today also my dental appointment.
So after sch, me & crys went to check out our custard's meltdown (i learn from csas) to see if it still can survive in the chiller. Then went to opposite with the guys, jiayin, jolene and crys for lunch.

Then go back to sch to brush teeth, go com lab do csas until 12pm then i leave for Alexandra hospital....

Csas is lame. I search for one hour and i cant find any info on coldness intensity and weak body of ice cream. I jus keep getting the same thing or none at all. Lecturers are great at selecting our article, making sure we can only find info in books.

Anyway, i got a transparent colour for my braces=) Looks nice and cool since u can only see the metal. HAHA... I will brushed my teeth nicely and let everyone see tml. =DD

Jus finish CSAS discussion, thanks jiayin for compling our discussion, and whoever is compiling everything and i am happily blogging my whole week here after such a long time=))
