Why termtest starts so early this year? We kind of like dun even have time to study for termtest which is next week when we still have full day lessons for every subject including practical for this week.

Today very tired. Yesterday i even forget today we have cake practical test.
Mondays and tuesdays really wear me off becos of that super long hours of staying in school.

Yes so Today is Cake Practical Test. My day started bad with bad dream, and one button came off from my chef uniform and everyone complaining tat Chef Gary is very strict today and most of the pple fail. Since my grp was the last grp to take the test.

I was so nervous liao la... since i didnt really have any practice on cakes since my grpmates were the ones doing cake while i was do those breads.

And it is a miracle that i know how to use the hobart machine for cakes.

But today i was really pissed off even though i noe i shouldnt after thinking of the pple before us taking the test rushing to provide the workbench for us to use for the test. since there is only one machine for one workbench.

But i really hate the school for not providing enough space for us to do practicals. Since my grpmate all have a bench while i have to wait for one.

And i got say by Mdm Lau for not preparing my ingredients jus becos i didnt sift my flour. Come on....everyone sifted their flour on their workbench. How u wan me to sift my flour when i dun even hav one.

I feel so irritated being said like that esp when i was getting ready to sift the flour when i finally can start to work on the test. Then somehow my flour and sugar got water in them which i tink is becos while i was waiting...pple are washin bowls...and somehow droplets came into my ingredients too

And i vented all my unhapiness in my poor cake batter and i was super sure that my cake would not end up nice since it absorbed all my unhappiness. I was determine that it would somehow collaspe... I almost gave up hope when i was washing my utensils while my cake was in the oven, not rising at all for the 1st 5mins.

But it actually turn up very well...the first time i was so satisfied with wat i have make. And the best thing is Chef Gary is happy with my cake. And he is also happy with JJC's (Jaime, Jiayin and Crystal) cake which oso means our grp la..

So we are damn happy la...

So 4 of us after cleaning up went to Mensa to eat and then go Com Lab to do CSAS, baking proposal and slack & chill there.

thanks to them my day feel better.

Yeah...my day ended like tat.

Today i kind of regretted that i didnt took picture of my cake.
I really like it alot. Haha.
