long time no blog liao.
Reason is = dun wish to blog.
School is not as fun as the previous year. Or u can say school is boring.
FPP lab is gonna be renovated for around 10mths. Yeap, 10mths somemore during our Asian and Western Culinary practicum.
Where the hell are we gonna cook?
And seriously, i feel that baking lab is kind of boring since we have been baking the same old bread again and again and doing Analysis of our bread without knowing what all those figures stand for and with no supervision of Mdm Lau.
How do we noe when we are wrong?
Finally something super exciting came out, Baking Science Project with the sponsorship of National Starch Food Innovation for this project cum competition. We are to design, innovate new products with the use of their modified starch. Category : Cake or Pastries.
Got paired up with crystal:) While i was tinking of what to do, cakes? tarts? and i found out that we haven learn anything enough around this 2 areas to be able to score.
In the end we still have to depend on ourselves.
When will we be able to learn more new things and new products?

And this week is a bad week for me.
Even though i look so happy in school.
Seriously i hate to go home cos basically no one talk to unless u talk to them.
Sometimes my eyes are like ruptured starch granules when at home.
So i really cant understand why so many pple wan to go home so badly.
And because i am seriously emo-ing these few days, i found out that many of my friends have change. They are not like when we met them during the first day.

I am in a confusion. And sometimes it is hard to face reality.
Are there still trust in this world?
But at least i enjoyed more in sch than at home.
And then it is hard to find someone whom u can share ur troubles since they always have bigger troubles then u.
Haiz....and i tink i will continue ranting on this blog to get rid of my frustrations in this world.
Probably until my life and world gets better ( esp pple in Myanmar and China ).
