Today we had our baking practicum.

Todays is fun, blur, slow and nice. We baked bread and mini bread today and below are the pictures =)
Anyway today make a big mistake in our bread makin. Due to some confusion at our bench we added to much water into our dough without knowing that we added too much until we found out that no matter how long we mix, the dough is slack and sticky.

But Chef Lim somehow rescue our dough by adding more flour (the only common sense way)..
We managed to finish everything else by ourself including shaping our dough, etc. Even though we thought tat our bread is gonna be the less tasty and less nice looking one, but it actually came out to be one of the nicer ones =D

Even Chef Lim is shock and curious why this thing happen cos apparently some of the other grps their bread didnt rise as well as ours.

But nvm, i tink today is one of the most fun practical since i dun feel tired, almost forget that there is a test tml and i even walk home from sch today xD

Now i am tinking, maybe is becos the practicals lessons are too fun that i feel that i am still in holiday mood =D
