★ Mr Phua
Today i tink i did a stupid thin wearing that I AM tp white shirt. It makes me look as if i am a freshie carry a big backpack going for orientation camp... since today there is practical.
And yesterday posted that kat-tun song on my blog without listening it fully. Now listen to it fully liao and i found out that the quality sucks lor...like recording from radio and i can find any good others at imeem. Maybe i should jus post mine up and use my own playlist.
Today as usual had an wonderful experience in the kitchen. Learn super lots of things from Mr Phua as he told us the ways of using our ingredients, left over batter and scrapes left after cutting dough and shaping ur cake.
OMgosh.. he is a saint lor...maybe this is going to be normal when we are working in the industry but it is definitely not normal to the me who is currently a student though. He uses everything!!! and even things that should be in Mr rubbish bin he can make it expensive and nice to eat.
Experience is definitely important.
After practical and evaluation of products, apparently everyone left except traingle and martin. Basically we help to clean up all the baking trays, sweep away all the crumbs that the WHOLE class left on the floor when sampling, and crumbs left on the tables when tearing the samples apart.
I shall say it straight la since this is my blog. I really hate the attitude of some of the pple in this class.
But today is a great day, after we stay back to clean up, i get to learn a little more frm MrPhua, a little more abt baking i tink is already very good liao le, at least now i noe how he can make fillings from cake scraps even though i dunno the proportion, maybe next time can try out. *_*
Today snap tons and tons of pictures of this whole practical and smiles of the gals. At least i noe my hp camera still can function well. Today jus to tired to post it up. So maybe i will post it up some other days and that pictures will tell wat we learn today=)
