Happy Year 2 !!!
I know i should have updated my blog yesterday but too tired and also busy dling new animes xD.
The reason why we are starting sch early by 2 weeks is becos we have baking bridging programme.
And of course this 2 weeks is definitely a stresser cos we study from 9am to 5pm or 6pm, depending our luck. 9am to 12pm is lecture, lunch break for 1 hr and remaining time is practical.
We studied both baking science and baking practicum. Someone from U.S Wheat Associates came during this 2 weeks to introduce to us on how is flour been produce, wheat, milling process, and analytic tests to test for the quality and some properties of flour and taught us baking things too. And for baking praticum, we learn different types of dough, ingredients and well as different types of fold for making puff pastry etc.

When i was telling mum and complaining to her abt why should be learn milling process blah bla blah...
Mum say: U want to be a baker of cousre must know where does flour come from and how it is make the ma....that is the most basic thing.

Everyday, we have to finish one chapter in our lecture period and one pratical in our practical period. Since we rotate around for practical sessions, J1 is doing the baking part first while we are doing the analytic test for the first week.
Even though there is nth to say abt since we did not do any baking, but J1 make de crossiant are nice lor !!! And i seems to quite enjoy today's analytic practical since it was quite relax cos most of the time we were waiting for bread dough samples (even me and everyone is getting quite fustrated waiting).

Now i hope for Saturday to come cos it is the day that i can buy comics >.<
And now i am currently hoping to watch Special A(S.A), Vampire Knight and Soul Eater+ any good new anime and following the old animes.
Hope sch can end early so that i have time to dl them =)
