For this 2nd week, i feel so weak. Cos it has been so long since i stand so much in one day.
And this week is also a very sick week for me. Sore throat, cough, and serious headaches in mornings. I dunno how many kinds of medicine i have taken just to make sure i can enjoy and concentrate as much as possible in sch. X_X
Anyways actually wanted to take some pictures of the products we produce at the lab, but somehow, after i tasted it today.... i dun really feel like taking the pictures.
So today is gonna be a whole chunk of words and crap.
I change my blog song. I once craze over Kat-tun but now no more. I posted that song because it reminds me of how heartbroken i am when i found out that i lost almost half of their songs while transferring files from my brother's com to my laptop T_T.
Yesterday did lots of cake mixing, pastry thingy. And definitely, i tink that our bakery chef Mr Lim is 100 times better than Mr Lau. And the US Wheat Teacher, Mr Phua is also a very good and knowledgeable teacher - sometimes i feel that he has an IQ of 200, it feels like he nv fails to answer any questions abt bakery.
Today we did evaluation and sensory of the products we did yesterday. As usual, i absorb quite a huge amt of knowledge hat my brain cells almost died. And during lecture also, there were so much things tat make my go "Ohhh" and "Wow". I never know there were so much science in baking.
And today we also learn abt Service. As in waiteressing etc. How u serve ur customers, serve from right or left. Somehow our teachers manage to invite 2 lecturers from the Temasek Culinary Academy (TCA) and taught us abt all these rules on waiteressing and how u serve pple.
And i am quite jealous that CCM actually have such high standards lecturers since they were wearing super formal wear and were telling us how their students train 8hours per week to learn how to carry plates, 3 on one hand until their hands all got blisters.
BUT i still prefer to stay in BCS in a more stress free condition and more friendly and approachable lecturers. =DD

This is currently one of the books other than Ke Ai Tao novels that i wanted to get. Even so it is still related to Ke Ai Tao. Since this author, YISO did all the illustrations for Ke Ai Tao's novel. Which makes me wanna get one since i was once an artbook fanatic too. Even though in the cover page that guy look idiotic but that drawing is nice ~~~!!! xD
Price also quite "nice" also since it is over my budget. But i tink i gonna buy it once i got my kinokuniya membership if i wanted to...haven decided to register yet since i nid to pay again..
I tink thats all...
I hope i can survive tml~!
