My Unhappiness (u can choose not to read it!)

Today i gonna express my emotions and unhappiness in this post.

Because wat happen tat day was so bad that i only rmb it was this thursday cos we did our FCS lab in the cafe. Apparently, i feel tat those damn teachers were using us.

I feel that the more in stay in cafe, the more i hated the cafe and some AFSN students in there.

Thursday, Big shots were coming to lunch in the cafe. So everyone is anxious.

Basically me and crystal, jaime, cheryl get the job of dishwasher(cant complain anything cos i did not volunteer for other jobs). Me and crystal, fiz and shasha were suppose to learn how use tat coffee machine.

And i hate that gal called Han Ping who apparently fight with Ms Choo for the role of teaching us how to use as if she was superior.

Then went for lecture.

[1pm]Came back and the real thing starts. There is not enough aprons to wear so we ended up have to wear the guys apron.

Me and crystal start to wash the dishes, jaime and cheryl were to collect the plates from the guest. Some things happen in the kitchen makes me very angry cos Mr Lau keep telling us not to wash while the plates are piling up high.

So i switch with Jaime to at least let her try using the dish washing machine. Me and Cheryl were left stranded outside dunno wat to do. While we were left stranded outside all these happen :

- No one is at the sandwich bar, they recieve orders for sandwiches. I was told to make sandwiches, but i dun even noe how?! Me and cheryl were clueless lor. We got the help of a nice gal called MingHui who teaches us how to do it.

- Then all of a sudden, me and cheryl have to do the jobs at the sandwich bar, clear the plates from the Bigshots, clear and wipe the tables of normal guests.

- while i was making chicken mayo sandwich for one of the orders, plates from guest starts comin in, i was so called critisize by Ms Choo that i wasnt suppose to do this while beforehand when MingHui was teaching me she was scolded by Hanping saying that MingHui dun nid to do this kind of thing jus leave it to us(me and cheryl).

- Basically, they actually ignore serving the normal guest and putting all manpower in the bigshots leaving things to me and cheryl was wasnt really sure how that section operates while being pushed by two sides of different people.

- Now i really see how Han Ping really works in the cafe.

The event ended at around 3plus and me and cheryl were back into the kitchen helping to do the dishes. Poor things are Crystal and Jaime who work with over spilling dishes and were told by Mr Lau not to wash.

SINCE the guys work so damn hard from morning until late noon so they get to rest and eat. Even though we also get to rest and SHARE one big plate of leftover pasta and main dish but we were soon told by Ms Choo saying that FCS lab is not yet over and we have to help to wash the plates. We even have to help the guys to wash their plates.

So in the end left the 7 princesses exactly in the kitchen and everyone of us is washing pots, pan, utensils and cleaning. And i almost got my hands burn on touching the plates tat "freshly" came out of the dishwasher.

-washing, washing and washing (i finally noe the pain of the dishwashers and how rough their hands become becos of the extreme heat of the plates)

So i now dun even feel like going to the cafe cos i noe even if we ended up in cafe, we will still be doing the dishes cos no one esp the AFSN would be willing to stand there and wash dishes. The guys will seldom hav a chance to do dishes IF Mr Lau is there!

AnD guys : I dun think u wan to cook pasta, sauces, soups only all day long until year 2.

AnD AFSN : The cafe is ours so dun treat us and look at us as if we were outsiders. The cafe is not urs so stop acting so proud and superior.

Even though i am happy tat we were told by Aloy today that we wil be able to work in th kichen to cook pasta sauce and pasta on Monday for the cafe, i am still worried and cant stand Mr Lau way of treating gals not as nice as the guys ( we were given a name from him, "all these things").

Gals! We must show tat we can do it and prove it to him!
