The rason now i am updating my blog so early is becos i wan to watch Home Decor 3 at 8pm, 9pm last episode of Huang Jin Lu and Heroes at 11pm=)
Today i only wan to talk about POD platings cos i tink we, triangle did this round and also the last of the food plating Practical the best. 2 of my platings were commented as very nice by both Mdm Lau and Design Teacher and the other platings by Jaime and Jiayin are oso commented as super nice except that one is more of dry.
Since many of my friends like to see the platings and comment on them to me on msn these below are platins done by triangle=DD
I have platings from crystal's, Edmund's and few from Huixin's grp ---> gugu if u wan to see, tell me.
Seafood Kebabs: Mdm Lau like it very much esp the tomato sauce(from cherry tomato) and the pepper and presentation style make it united.
Cucumber cups: This plating is the one commented very nice but a bit dry.
Staek with rice noodle(spagetti): This plating is done by me=) Mdm lau like the fishy sauce(i drew the shape of the sauce into a shape of fish in my sketchbook that she is checking) but it didnt turn out to be like a fish. It is salsa and mushroom sauce xD Anyway the steak i make is nice to eat=^_^=
Fruit Tart: I get to do the dessert!!! Imagine i have been plating Vegetables, Hor d' ovures and esp main dish[3 times including today, i cook fish(1st wk), chicken(2nd wk) and steak(3rd wk today)]
So i did all the best that i can, with the help of Jiayin dusting the icing sugar, getting inspiration from my sketchbook collected pictures and get this effect~!!!
