Today did FPP Baking Lab duty with Crystal. We bake sponge fingers, those biscuits for tiramisu. Learn how to pipe it out and practise the usage of the mixing machine, folding in techniques and how to predict whether if tat the beating time is right.

And i tink the best thing when u bake is when u look inside the oven at ur own bake products and, when u take out of the oven to see how they look like when they are done. Sadly, i dun get the see and taste it(even Ms Irene say she will welcome anyone who wan to try it) cos i meet the rest at com lab. Lazy to walk up and down.
