Today is a wonderful day cos i take lots of pictures...then i eat lots of food and i had fun in POD lab. For lunch Jolene, crystal and triangle went to Sugarloaf=D And we had all these which cost us $20 but after spliting cost, it only cost $4 each and we get to try different food=)

The desserts there are really cheap and nice. Good service.The kitchen is also super lahs(they have different kitchen for different cuisine. I was really wondering if we will ever had such a nice kitchen in our whole 3 years in BCS.....=_=...

Then is POD~!!! Today for the first part, we revise on our knife skills. Then we learn to plate foods. We were taught how to splatter sauces, arrangement, sprinkle, display according to the 8 elements of design...something like tat. My grp of course is Triangle - Me, Jiayin and Jaime. And we plated all these down there~~!!

This is a mexican dish...again i forget wat it is call.Tired to check liao...(if u look at the time). Jus tat the filling looks weird cos we are using colours from raw vege we cut instead of real ingredients. .
