I haven been blogging these few days. Again i'm studying everday until i am so damn tired. Haven been online for 2 and a half days. All i can say is tat this week is a test week. FCS, BNF then follow by tml CSAS lab report writing. =___=.

Haven been sleeping well this week. The moment i come home, i totally have no more concentration to study. Jus dead tired. And Mosaic due date is actually this week so my friends they are in a more sadder case than mine. I hope they can finish their mosaic in time since the warning deadline is tml.

Our Baking and Culinary Science The Bistro Cafe is opening up probably after the termbreak. So friends out there who see my blog here mus go die die support us if tat cafe is open and is jus only beside the bookshop. Even though i dun expect much ever since i went for Sugar Loaf by business sch.

This is also the reason i feel so troubled. My shift is on Tuesday. Tat means i have to bring Chef Uniform on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. And we are "working" there.

Anyway...forget abt tat.

FCS lab today is fun, we get to operate different kinds of equipments. At the end of the day we had soup, coffee and chicken drumlets. But i am looking forward to POD lab more than FCS lab since we get to plate food. Haiz anyways both are a super heavy day.

Today me, crystal, yongwei and martin stay behind to clean up since other people are rushing for lessons so i ended up re-mopping the floor with the help of crystal. Since the guys were pushing the cart around the kitchen to return untensils which leave a black trial mark and somemore the footprints of everyone leaving the kitchen in hurry.

Becos of this i got a headache. actually it was during FCS lab midway. i dun wan to be longwinded but tat mopping really makes my headaches go even worst since i have not been having good sleeps.

I have been getting weird viewings from people i dunno in friendster. Scary part is tat, all these people are people who are trainee chefs, baking people, if not frm shatec or hotel management of different schs.

Then, i jus received an email from dunno who saying tat my profile is too secure tat she cant view. And i have no idea wat she view or wat cos this gal is from America and she gave me a profile of her from a web i nv been to in my whole life. And i swear tat email sent to me is a type out by a person, not any forwarded or virus thingy cos she got her name and email add and tat msg had slangs tat teenagers used for their msn typing as well as spelling errors.

Creepy.

Long post with no pictures but this is to summarize for these 3 days=)
