Today i make cheesecake.
Becos i cant find the white chocolate crystal told me and i dun want to make the strawberry layer hence i decide to make the first layer of the cheesecake chocolate and the second layer is the oreo flavour one=)
And i mus say, cleaning up after cheesecake making is a big hassle.
it is oily, creamy, slippery and there is some much bowls and utensils to wash.
And guess wat, my cheesecake failed. Okies not tat scary...all is perfect jus tat the surface cracked. It think is becos for my top layer(oreo layer), i add in too much biscuits and maybe the air escaping cant escape becos of those chunky biscuits, force their way out and crack.
But some of the cracks are covered up when it cools(sinks down). At first it looks like a huge muffin and it sinks down to a flat surface.
But i found out that when i put in frigde the cracks are getting smaller. Hopefully tml when i open up the fridge a miracle happens.
Then it will be from failure to success =DD
Will post pictures up tml=)
Nitex~

Look at the cracks haha and there is two layer inside=)
This is when i was trying out, i tink the layers are nice and i am proud of my crust=))
And i tink the reson for cracks is becos temp of oven too high thus the upper layer got too brown if u can look closely at the 2nd picture, there is a brown layer at the top layer.
