[16/9/07] Durian swissroll making at Jiayin hse with Jaime
This will be a very short post. Anyway today we spent 12hours making this durian swissroll. For the first 6hours, our swissroll were nv successful except for the first one. Then we discover tat we use the wrong tracing paper. Haiz...we spend the whole day until 11.30pm. To complte all the swissroll we wanted. But thankgoodness the cream we made is so delicious tat it covers the weakness of the cake. But to me...it is still not successful for me. Jiayin hse oven dun seems to like me leh. My cake always soggy de if not uncooked at the bottom even though i put in the oven for 30mins liao. Nvm...! I gonna try cookies, cheesecake the next round.
i am dead tired. jus imagine baking for 12hrs.....T_T
